Some students with ADHD
have many problems in school and struggle
greatly, some do very well. I have ADHD and I made the dean's
honours list in University and had one of my essays published. It would have been a much easier road for me
if I was diagnosed, treated and taught using some of these methods.
Many Adders with a high IQ go undiagnosed. There's a Mensa
Special Interest Group on ADHD that has
600+ members, and there's many adults with ADHD who
have PhD's and teach in place like Harvard and Yale.
