If you’re looking for a Vancouver or BC depression/anxiety/bipolar support group, The MDA has them in Metro Vancouver as well as Vancouver Island and the interior. They also have an Adult Psychiatric Clinic. They are a branch of Lookout Housing & Health Society.

“People with a mood disorder, Unipolar (Depression), Bipolar (Manic Depression) or Panic /Anxiety Disorder are invited to contact the MDA. We offer support and friendship for those with the illness and their support people. Join one of our support groups, call for information.”
