Fee: Free, attendees encouraged to join CMHA (Delta Branch membership of $25 annually)

Canadian Mental Health Association- Delta Branch OCD Support Group. Group is facilitated by a person with a degree in psychology and with life experience around OCD and the various treatments. Meetings periodically include guest speakers.”

Mood Disorders Association of BC

“The Mood Disorders Association of BC focuses on people with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, which includes Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Bipolar. They have support groups in Metro Vancouver as well as Vancouver Island and the interior. They also have an Adult Psychiatric Clinic. They are a branch of Lookout Housing & Health Society.

People with a mood disorder, Unipolar (Depression), Bipolar (Manic Depression) or Panic /Anxiety Disorder are invited to contact the MDA. We offer support and friendship for those with the illness and their support people. Join one of our support groups, call for information.”
