Nova Scotia ADHD Support Groups
Nova Scotia Flag from Wikipedia
These ADHD support groups are provided as a public service. Adult ADHD Pete Quily does not endorse or recommend any specific group.
Meeting places and time vary. Please contact the group to confirm the places and times. If there is no support group in your area, consider starting an ADHD support group, I did. Here’s how you can do it.
Since most of these groups are volunteer-run organizations, please try and help the group leaders by volunteering some of your time and talents.
One reason ADHD support groups shut down is that the people running it get burnt out because they’re often doing most of the work themselves.
If you know of any ADHD support groups in Nova Scotia, please email me.
