No ADHD support groups in your area? Don’t follow the apathetic horde, make a difference and start up an ADHD support group, here’s how you can to do it. We are not boring folk, and being kind to other people helps boost your dopamine and alos refresh your karmic seeds which expire when they ripen.

Since most of these group are volunteer run organizations, please try and help the group leaders by volunteering some of your time.

One reason ADHD support groups shut down is that the people running it get burnt out because they’re often doing most of the work themselves and others don’t volunteer to help out.

If one of these ADHD Support groups has changed their contact information and you want it updated please let me know.

Also, if you know of any ADHD support groups in Quebec that aren’t listed here that should be, please email me
