These ADHD support groups are provided as a public service. Adult ADHD Coach Pete Quily does not endorse or recommend any specific group.

Meeting places and time vary. Please contact the group to confirm places and times.

If there are no ADHD support groups in your area, take on a new challenge, it boosts your dopamine, start up an ADHD support group in your town or city, here’s how you can do it.

Since most of these group are volunteer run organizations, please try and help the group leaders by volunteering some of your time.

One reason ADHD support groups shut down is because the people running it get burnt out because they’re often doing most of the work themselves.

If one of these ADHD Support groups has changed their contact information and you want it updated please let me know.

Also, if you know of any ADHD support groups in Ontario that aren’t listed here that should be, please email me
